The Girl Scout Cookie Program and the Fall Sale (nuts and magazines) are great program activities for girls of all ages. Participating girls learn and practice five valuable skills that will help them now and in the future. Goal Setting, Decision Making, Money Management, People Skills and Business Ethics are what girls will learn while they earn. These 5 skills are an important ingredient in the Girl Scout Leadership Experience.
Each year, great programming opportunities are created by our product program partners. This fall, the product theme is "What Can A Girl Do- Get Connected" with a new, interactive website showcasing how all of the departments in a business, in this case a Nut Factory, are connected.
The 2013 Cookie Program is all about What Can a Girl Do - A World of Good. Girls will be out in force this winter creating and inspiring change all around them - ask them what they do with the cookie proceeds they earn - they're doing amazing things!
