Girl Scouts has four Program Goals that provide direction for the Girl Scout program, which is adapted to meet the developmental, educational, emotional and social needs and interests of girls at different age levels. The older girl program serves girls ages 11-17.

- Are you interested in Science, Technology, Engineering & Math - do you wonder how things work? Bridging the Gap and STEM activities programs might be just what you're looking for. Girls are IT! is an exciting new technology venture that you might want to check out. For more information on technology and girls, visit www.girlsareit.org.
- Maybe you a have a special interest like canoeing, drama, travel or backpacking - so do many other teens in our area. Link up with one of our Interest Groups to share similar interests with other girls in our council.
- There are many opportunities to demonstrate and develop your leadership skills. Earning the top awards in Girl Scouting requires tremendous leadership (Gold and Silver Awards). Trainings for teens will allow you to develop certain skill sets. Special events allow you to put into practice all that you've learned. Click here for online registration for older girl trainings.
- Community Service activities are also available for every girl in our council to help you give back to others and truly be a sister to every Girl Scout
- Patch Programs, Religious Recognitions and Challenge Courses are other activities you can do to enhance your Girl Scout experience.
- Are you coming to visit the POD Village? Think about reserving a Toteable Topic during your visit.
- Become a Juliette and participate individually in the Girl Scout program.
