Girl Awards


Go for the Gold, Silver and Bronze.

The Girl Scout Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards are the highest honors a Girl Scout can achieve. Awards are also one of the highlights of the Girl Scout experience. To qualify for these awards, a girl must meet the requirements that help her successfully undertake a Take Action project to benefit her community.

 

The Girl Scout Gold Award

The highest achievement you can attain as a Girl Scout. As a Girl Scout Senior or Ambassador, you will focus your talents and interests while using your leadership skills, desire for self-improvement, career interests and community service to complete a project the will have lasting significance. The Girl Scout Silver Award

A visible symbol of a girl’s accomplishments, both in Girl Scouts and in the community at large. The Girl Scout Silver Award is the highest award a Girl Scout Cadette can earn and it reflects the desire to improve oneself and the lives of others. The Girl Scout Bronze Award

Rewards girls who have proven they have the leadership and planning skills to execute a project that improves life in their communities! Qualifying for this award, the highest that a Girl Scout Junior can earn, requires individual and team effort. Money-Earning Activities for Highest Awards

Making the world a better place sometimes costs money! Fundraising and money-earning are important parts of the Girl Scout Bronze, Silver and Gold Awards. Besides helping defray the cost of your project, money-earning teaches important life skills such as goal setting, budgeting and team-building.
