Summer Camp

Is your girl ready to unplug from screen time and plug into a summer of epic fun, lifelong memories and a community of G.I.R.L.s (Go-getter, Innovator, Risk-Taker, Leader) for girls? Us too! We’d like to welcome your girl to our summer home away from home—Girl Scout Hornets' Nest Council summer camp!

In addition to developing the kind of outdoor skills it’s hard to get anywhere else—skills like building a campfire, pitching a tent, and canoeing across a lake—she’ll have opportunities at any of our camp programs to create works of art, master an escape room, and get a bull’s eye on the archery range.

Camping is a great way for girls to explore leadership, build skills, and develop a deep appreciation for nature. Whether for a day, a week, or longer, Girl Scout camp gives girls an opportunity to grow, explore, and have fun under the guidance of caring, trained staff.

NEW THIS YEAR! We are changing the way we do summer camp! This year, it's your camp experience from beginning to end. Check out the 2019 Summer Camp Brochure to learn more about how you can write the story of your summer through available camp options, including both overnight and day camp, in 5 chapters of easy to follow adventure-building options.
