Event Calendar

Pre-event confirmations and details are sent for most programs after the registration close date listed on the event page. This includes address confirmations, virtual access for virtual programs, and reminder information. If you do not receive this information by the day of your program, check your spam/junk folder, and contact customercare@hngirlscouts.org

COVID-19 Refund Policy

As of September 1, 2021

  • Masks are required at all GSHNC and Girl Scout Partner events and programs, regardless of whether they are held inside or outside and regardless of vaccination status for girls and adults.
  • Anyone who has been exposed to COVID (school, work, home, etc.), is showing any symptoms of COVID, or has tested positive for COVID (even if asymptomatic) within the last 10 days should not attend GSHNC Programs.
  • If you are unable to attend a GSHNC program due to exposure or symptoms, please contact customercare@hngirlscouts.org to receive a full refund or transfer to a different program. Requests must be received in writing and must be received by the day of the program. Some exceptions may apply.
Refund Policy
  • Requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than 2 weeks prior to the event and are subject to a 25% processing charge. 
  • If a program is cancelled by GSHNC, a complete refund will be given. 
  • If you are unable to attend the date of the event, you can transfer to a future date of the same event. 
  • Requests for transfers must be received in writing no later than one week before the date of the event. Registrations can be transferred once, and thereafter cannot be transferred or cancelled for a refund.
Cancellation Policy
  • If an event does not receive a minimum number of registrations one week prior to the event, it will be cancelled and all registered participants will be notified. 
  • Registrations for some programs may re-open after the one week deadline if the minimum number of registrations is met. 
  • When in doubt, please register before the one-week deadline. If you are registered for an event, expect to receive an email confirmation by the Monday before the date of the event.
