Council Events

Refund Policy
  • Requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than 2 weeks prior to the event and are subject to a 25% processing charge. 
  • If a program is cancelled by GSHNC, a complete refund will be given. 
  • If you are unable to attend the date of the event, you can transfer to a future date of the same event. 
  • Requests for transfers must be received in writing no later than one week before the date of the event. Registrations can be transferred once, and thereafter cannot be transferred or cancelled for a refund.
Cancellation Policy
  • If an event does not receive a minimum number of registrations two weeks prior to the event, it will be cancelled and all registered participants will be notified. 
  • Registrations for some programs may re-open after the two week deadline if the minimum number of registrations is met. 
  • When in doubt, please register before the two-week deadline. If you are registered for an event, expect to receive an email confirmation by the Monday before the date of the event.
