- Requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than 2 weeks prior to the event and are subject to a 25% processing charge.
- If a program is cancelled by GSHNC, a complete refund will be given.
- If you are unable to attend the date of the event, you can transfer to a future date of the same event.
- Requests for transfers must be received in writing no later than one week before the date of the event. Registrations can be transferred once, and thereafter cannot be transferred or cancelled for a refund.
Please note: If the program you are registering for is a virtual program, ensure the email address you used to register is correct and is one you have access to. A receipt confirmation, as well as access links to attend the program, will be emailed to the address you provide. If you do not receive the access link by 10 a.m. on the date of the program, check your spam/junk folder, and contact email@example.com.
