Highest Awards
The new Leadership Awards are about building real skills for real impact and having the confidence to turn your ideas into action. Whether you’re figuring out what leadership means to you, working with a team, leading a group, or stepping up to a challenge, these awards are designed to help you explore what leadership means to you—no pressure, just room to grow.
Beginning July 2025, we have new, more flexible prerequisites for the Highest Awards. The traditional Girl Scout Leadership Journeys will officially retire on October 1, 2026. These updates provide Girl Scouts with greater choice in how they build leadership skills, allowing them to pursue their goals in a way and on a timeline that works best for them.
Join us in honoring the incredible achievements of our 2024–2025 Bronze, Silver, and Gold Award Girl Scouts! These young changemakers have dedicated their time, energy, and hearts to making a lasting difference in their communities. From local service projects to global impact initiatives, each award represents a powerful journey of leadership, courage, and compassion. Let’s celebrate their accomplishments and the bright future they’re helping to build—one badge at a time!
