Becoming Her: A Day of Mental Wellness is a transformative Girl Scout program designed to empower girls with the tools and mindset to prioritize their mental well-being. Through engaging activities, mindfulness exercises, and open discussions, participants will explore self-care, emotional resilience, and healthy coping strategies. This day-long event encourages girls to embrace their uniqueness, build confidence, and develop lifelong skills to manage stress, emotions, and challenges with strength and positivity.
Adults are encouraged to stay for the day, as they will have the opportunity to receive QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) training, which equips them with valuable skills to recognize and respond to signs of suicide risk. This dual approach ensures both girls and their support networks are empowered in creating a mentally healthy environment for all.
Join us for a day dedicated to becoming the best version of Her.
