Get ready for a fun and creative self-care experience at Note & Accord in Charlotte! During this hands-on workshop, Girl Scouts will learn how to mix and blend natural, plant-based ingredients to create their very own vegan body oil. Along the way, they'll explore the art of fragrance, discover how different scents work together, and see how self-care can be both healthy and creative. Each Girl Scout will leave with a customized body oil they designed themselves.

Program Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. If your Girl Scouts needs to cancel a program registration, please review the following refund guidelines:

Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the program date will receive a full refund.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 7-13 days before the program date will receive a 50% refund.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the program date, or failure to attend the program, are not eligible for a refund.

Medical or Emergency Exceptions: Refunds may be granted for documented medical reasons or family emergencies at the discretion of the Program Department.

Council Cancellations: If the council cancels a program due to low registration, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, all families will receive a full refund.
Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 1-2 weeks of approval.
