In this empowering and affirming workshop, Girl Scouts will examine how beauty standards-shaped by history, culture, media, and comparison-can influence self-esteem, friendships, and self-image. Together, participants will create a brave and supportive space to unpack where these messages come from and how they show up in everyday life.
Through guided discussions, reflective exercises, and engaging activities, girls will explore the impact of comparison culture while learning to honor their own unique beauty without ranking themselves against others. This session encourages self-acceptance, pride, cultural awareness, and confidence.
At its heart, this workshop reinforces a powerful truth: there is no single way to be beautiful-every Girl Scout is valuable, powerful, and enough just as she is.
The Zoom link and access details will be emailed directly to all registered participants prior to the event.
