Spend the day exploring nature and earning badge requirements at Girl Scout Day at McDowell Nature Center on April 18th! This exciting event offers Girl Scouts of all levels the opportunity to participate in interactive environmental education programs while working toward the requirements for a variety of Girl Scout badges.
Scouts can register for one or multiple badge sessions throughout the day, depending on their interests.
Each session will be led by environmental educators and will focus on hands-on activities that connect Girl Scouts with nature and the outdoors.
Registration is open now and will close three days before April 18th. Guardians must register their Girl Scout individually (troop leaders cannot register for the troop), and scouts must be signed in and out of each badge session they attend. While participants will complete all the badge requirements during the program, the physical badge patches will not be provided.
