InnovateHER Tech Day is a career exploration experience designed to introduce Girl Scouts to women leading in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). During this interactive, career fair-style event, participants will meet professionals from a variety of industries, including technology, engineering, data science, healthcare, and environmental science.
Girl Scouts will have the opportunity to learn about different career pathways, ask questions, and gain insight into the journeys of women working in STEM fields. Through conversation and exploration, girls will discover how innovation and technology influence the world around them and how their own interests can connect to future opportunities. InnovateHER Tech Day aims to spark curiosity, expand awareness of STEM careers, and empower girls to see themselves as innovators, problem-solvers, and leaders shaping the future.
