Get ready for an exciting day of discovery! Scouts will step into the role of wildlife detectives as they explore the trail using real biofacts to figure out which animals they are tracking. Working together, they'll look for clues, make smart guesses, and compare animal characteristics to discover what makes each creature unique.
Along the way, Scouts will learn how animals are alike, how they're different, and what sets living things apart from non-living things, all through hands on exploration and teamwork.
The adventure doesn't stop there! Scouts will also have the unforgettable experience of meeting a variety of live animals in a safe and engaging setting. To wrap up the day, they'll enjoy 30 minutes of free play and snacks -the perfect way to celebrate a fun-filled learning adventure!
*As a friendly reminder, we ask that all parents and guardians complete the Girl Scout Contact Information Form before arrival. You can find the form here. Additionally, please note that all Girl Scouts must be signed in by an authorized adult. A valid photo ID will be required to ensure the safety of all participants. For safety reasons, Girl Scouts will not be released to anyone not listed on the form or without proper identification.
Cancellation Policy
Participants who make a cancellation/refund request 30 days or more before an event will receive a refund of 100% of registration fees. * Participants who make a cancellation/refund request 15 days or more before an event will receive a refund of 50% of registration fees. * Participants who make a cancellation/refund request less than 15 days before an event, no refund will be issued. * Refunds will not be given for programs or events under $5.00. * Refunds for family emergency or serious illness will only be processed if notification is made before the event and is followed up within two weeks by a written refund request. For serious illness, a doctor's written note is required within two weeks after the program. A full refund will be provided. * All requests must be sent to customercare@hngirlscouts.org * No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
