Leadership & Professional Development: Participants will discover their own leadership and communication styles. Often, when individuals work together in a team- or project based setting, differences of leadership and personal style can cause conflicts. This workshop is a chance for exploring different leadership styles which will enhance team performance. It is also designed to help volunteers learn new skills to lead their troops.
