Training Information
Learn how to set up and take down the Phoenix Tower at DEELCOS, as well as some knot-tying and belaying skills. Once you have completed this training, you and one other instructor will be able to host your troop or groups on the Phoenix Tower at DEELCOS. The Climbing Facilitator training is good for one year and is site specific to our Phoenix Tower.
Participant Information
- This training will take place in person at the Dale Earnhardt Environmental Leadership Campus at Oak Springs.
- A confirmation email with additional details will be sent a few days before the training. Please check your spam folder.
- GSHNC volunteer trainings are adult, member-only, and council-only, events. Children of attendees may not accompany adults to this training, please ensure alternate arrangements have been made.
- This training is good for 1 year.
